Logitech Rally Bar enrollment deferring to Intune, then failing

we have had the same issue occur last week with 2 new Logitech rally Bar devices on existing accounts unable to sign into Teams and deferring to Intune. I logged a ticket with Logitech and they told us to follow guidance in this link below. Did you get your issue resolved and if so how did you do it ?
