LIVE EVENT- Guest Presenter link not working- switches to participant link
I've invited someone to be an outside presenter for a LIVE EVENT. However, whens she clicks on the link sent, she gets a message saying "Live Event Hasn't started" which is what a participant would see. She is insisting she is clicking on the PRESENTER invite through her TEAMS calendar. We have tried everything, but she cannot connect as a presenter. Can anyone shed some light on this? Her email address has been added as a guest to our Tenant (not that it should make a difference).

- From what I remember you have to be switched to the tenant hosting the live event in teams before clicking and joining the live event in order to present.
