Live Captions not working on PC but works on my Iphone

Hello everyone, 

I am working from home due to Covid-19. we use Microsoft Team to use for team meeting with video chat. It doesn't work on PC to use live captions but it works on my Iphone. I am deaf but it's amazing to see all my staff speaking in almost every words. I'm very impressed but i need to have Live Captions working on PC, is there anything that can be done by settings issue that i missed. here is the link that works for deaf and hard of hearing people. it should work on PC.
