List of Teams in Shifts isn't Complete
Hello,
looking to explore Shifts to determine applicability for our organization. When I click ... and select Shifts app, it takes me to the "Create a team schedule" screen, where it tells me I need to be an owner of the team to create a schedule.
I'm currently owner on six teams, however I'm only given the Create option for four of them.
I've double checked that I'm owner of the Teams and not just a member
Any thoughts? TIA

no. i opened a ticket with support and we went back and forth. I finally gave up. Our HR department went with a product integrated with our payroll system right as I was trying to work through the issues with Shifts, so I didn't press it to get resolution and just closed the ticket.
It did seem to be associated with my user name though.
