Hello, you saved my weekend.
- Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers -Name MSTeams | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers
https://staticsint.teams.cdn.office.net/production-windows-x64/24295.605.3225.8804/MSTeams-x64.msix -> download
- PowerShell (Admin-Mode): change directory to the downloaded package
"D i s m /Online /Add-ProvisionedAppxPackage /PackagePath:.\MSTeams-x64.msix /SkipLicense "
-> Works.

I even used the one above and now I am getting element not found. Why can't this be a simple install! Thanks MS.

The element not found error only occurs if an installation has already been attempted. First uninstall all Teams installations

I was able to install it only when I didn't update windows to the latest os build. The latest os build has something to do with it maybe. My build is 4499.
New Teams showed up when I logged in as user, all was fine but I logged out and back in and Teams disappeared. But it under apppackages in the user folder. Anyways. I think I will start testing Server 2022.

running this old version is providing me a 1168 error. Not sure if you found a work around for this error
UPDATE* Worked running through powershell
