Labeling Calls in Microsoft Teams

Hello, I am tracking my employee's calls, and I want them to start labelling/classifying/Tagging calls into bins, for example if Lauren made a call, I want a way for her to mark the call so I can know if it was a personal call or a work call or a customer call etc etc...
