Löschen meines Microsoft Geschäftskonto
mschollm If it's truly a business account then there will be a tenant that has been set up on the domain used by the email, this needs DNS entries etc. so I would suggest can't have happened by accident.
It would seem more likely that both are Microsoft accounts, is you access account.live.com can you see both of the accounts?
Dear Steven,
Let me switch to English, should make your life easier 😉 And probably, my second chat in German was not clear at all to you and too lenghty?!
Actually, I am not very much interested in keeping the "business" Teams account alive. Whether it continues to exist or not, I don't care: I am not using it and have no data there at all. And Microsoft may delete it anyway after some time of being left "orphaned", right?
What really interests me is the private Teams account and that it is properly connected to my Microsoft 365 Family subscription plan, the latter being in place for years now. In order to achieve that, what must I do to equip the private Teams account with all features belonging to my Microsoft 365 Family account?
If I use the Teams app under Windows 11, I can only see "Activity", "Chat" and "Calendar" (in addition "Besprechen" (= "Meeting") using the web browser), nothing else. Sharing files via my existing OneDrive account is not offered at all.
Interestingly enough, if I click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the private Teams app or using the web browser, it offers under "Plans and Upgrades" the option to the Microsoft 365 Family subscription. This is crazy: I using that plan already for years!!
What goes wrong? Can Microsoft help here ?
Thanks and best regards
Michael
