Just loaded Microsoft Teams. Getting message that "Someone has already set up Teams for our Organ..

Question

I just downloaded Microsoft Teams for my company to help out with COVID-19. I'm the president and ceo of my firm and am getting a message that "Someone has already set up Teams for your organization." That is not the case. Can someone help me to reset this, so I can log in and get going?

Hi there Keith,&nbsp;EastGroup&nbsp; - Can you please try the following to confirm if this allows you to work?
&nbsp;
1. Go to Edge and select the ... at the top right.
2. Select 'New Inprivate Window'.
3. Go to&nbsp;https://teams.microsoft.com&nbsp;from here.
4. Type in your email in use.
5. If prompted for work or school, select work.&nbsp;
6. Confirm if the behavior resolves your issue.&nbsp;
