Just loaded Microsoft Teams. Getting message that "Someone has already set up Teams for our Organ..

I just downloaded Microsoft Teams for my company to help out with COVID-19.  I'm the president and ceo of my firm and am getting a message that "Someone has already set up Teams for your organization...

Hi there Keith, EastGroup  - Can you please try the following to confirm if this allows you to work?

 

1. Go to Edge and select the ... at the top right.

2. Select 'New Inprivate Window'.

3. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com from here.

4. Type in your email in use.

5. If prompted for work or school, select work. 

6. Confirm if the behavior resolves your issue.
