Join Button

I set up a meeting for 9 members of a TEAM, all inside my organization.  I can see the Join button in the calendar event but they can not see the Join button and are not able to join the meeting unless I add them.  I am not able to determine what I am doing wrong or what they need to do to Join.  Any suggestions?  

  • I still get the same experience every now and then, but you should be able to simply open the calendar item and click the link therein.
