JavaScript Teams problem in Mac

Hi! i've been experiencing problems with my team application in my mac, when i install it, everything goes okay until i want to open it, i've installed it like 10 times in the past 6 months and nothing has changes, i saw that adding a teams carpet inside the folder of microsoft was the solution but it didn't helped me at all, what can i do??
