Issues with OneNote and Teams

Since Monday we've been seeing the following error with OneNote on Teams:
This is happening in both tennants i work with:
Does anyone have information about this issue and how to solve it?

- Yes, OneNotes in Teams in in read only mode right now due to some back end work to get the Teams service up and running as normal after some heavy workload increases it has gotten due to Covid-19

- Microsoft issued a statement and are suspending the one more sync as people are pouring onto the platform. There are several measures in place presently such as reduced video quality, etc....
