Issues with giving external org access to Milestones app
Hi,
I have given access to a Teams channel for one of our clients ouside of our organization, but somehow they are not able to fully work with the Milestones App within the Teams channel. They are able to see the Milestones tab, but they are not able to see the projects I have created although they have been added to these projects in the settings.
Is it not possible for two separate organizations to work within the same Milestones app or is something else going on?

Sophie1706 Hi, first thing that comes to mind and most likely (as they can see some of it).
- This is a preview feature.
- Preview features aren’t meant for production use and may have restricted functionality. These features are available before an official release so that customers can get early access and provide feedback.

In other words, contact the official support (if you're not an admin reach out to your IT admin) to provide feedback and to get an official answer as well.

- Ah I was not aware the app was still in a preview phase. In that case I will wait for the official release and provide feedback when necessary, thank you for your reply.
