Issue of opening from webview application link opening into external browser rather than in App

I have installed our App ringcentral in Ms team , I want to open our Common login WebCLW) to external browser , because Google login not allow to authenticate in webview. So I want to open that page from to external browser from my webview app page , Window.open is not working , How I can implement this  On Msteam , rather than opening in inApp webiview , I can open in external chrome/safari browser

2nd Page I want to open in external browser  when user click on Sign In Button from page 1.
