Issue: Bluetooth earphones can hear teams ring audio, but no voice
when I select my bt head set as both audio and mic device. I can't hear voice, I can hear the ringing tones but as soon as I pick up... nothing... nada. If I select computer as audio source and ...
I had this issue. I just purchased MPOW H12 IPO. There is no confict as Windows doesn't recognize the headset as a microphone source. I use my webcam built-in mic.
I found a solution. In Microsoft TEAMS, there is a noise attenuation function. Mine was set at High. I disabled it and it works now. Maybe this can helps others!
PS: I sent an email to MPOW customer service. Let see what they reply.
