Issue: Bluetooth earphones can hear teams ring audio, but no voice

Richard1971 Same issue with me, Plantronics BT300 worked great on Skype but as soon as MS Teams was installed it stopped transmitting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device several times and the drivers as well with no luck, the only work around I found to work is to keep the Plantronics headset as the speaker (receive) and use the internal PC microphone as the transmit.
