Is there any way for a user to add their cell number to their profile and have it show up to others?

Kelemvor333 If you are using the Office 365 services, You could direct your users to Delve which is a sort of Contact system that is scabbed on the side of Office and Azure AD. In that portal is an option to "Add mobile" . They can get to the same place by logging into OWA and choosing "My Office profile" from their avatar.
They can also update most of their own info from the Office Portal in the "Contact details" section.
Please note that it may take several hours for the changes to be applied. The synchronization from Office to Azure is supposed to happen every 4 hours but I have seen it take overnight.
