Is there any nice way to get a file list of all our Teams?

I'm trying to write my own Teams Tab plugin. Do you know how to get a list of all the files and file streams in Teams? Is there a way to create an interface like this?                  ...

Might I ask the use case for writing this? The Files App in Teams provides already access to all the files a user can access through Teams and OneDrive
