Is there a way to track employee presence in Microsoft Teams?

Hello,

As many organizations are facing a full WFH staffing, I have been getting requests to look into a way to track employee presence, specifically away, during assigned shifts.  Is there a reporting tool either in Teams or Administrator that will give me a report that has Employee Status? That I can filter for specific time periods?
