Is there a way to recover a deleted message or files (1:1 chat) in Teams
Is there a way to recover a deleted message or files in teams? And where is the place to recover? Teams client or outlook or somewhere else? Thanks so much.
Once the message is deleted in a private chat, an end user does not have a way to recover. In regards of files in Teams, you can recover them from the recycle bin in the underlying SharePoint Site
jcgonzalezmartin I accidentally deleted an Excel file in MS Teams today. I looked in Sharepoint, and can't seem to locate anything about restoring library. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.- Where did you delete the file: in a private chat or in a channel? In a private chat, you have to take a look at the recycle bin in your ODFB. In a channel, ask a Team Onwer to take a look also to the Recycle bin
