Is the "Files" feature is not available in the MS Teams Mobile App?

Hi,

 

Is the "Files" feature is not available in the MS Teams Mobile App?  I've created a team and uploaded a file for collaboration but I can't access it on the Mobile App (Android)

 

I can find it in the Desktop and Web version of Teams

 

Please check the screenshot from the mobile app attached to this post

    Files should be there. Maybe its a blip and will appear later. Looks ok on my Android device. 

     

    One thing that can cause this is if the user isn't assigned a SharePoint license. For some reason they can still see the Files tab in Teams on Web and device but not in Mobile.

      Andrew Hodges Apparently iOS devices make the files tab visible without any SharePoint license, while the situation on Android devices is different per device/Andoid-version. I've tried on Samsung Galaxy Tab, LG thinqs, Huawei P8 lite and Samsung Galaxy S9 without success, now trying to pursuade the IT department to activate the SharePoint license within the subscription. 

       

      On which Android device/version did you get it working and was this with or without a SharePoint license?
