Invoking Teams UI from an App

We have a Teams app running in a Tab. The app has it's own UI but there is a place in the where we need to schedule a Teams meeting. Instead of writing our own UI for the same, is there any way we could reuse Teams native UI for scheduling the meeting? In short, when a user clicks our "Schedule Meeting" button in our UI, it should invoke the Teams UI for the same and gain control back once the meeting is scheduled.

 

Is this achievable?
