brears Hey, have them try the process with a InPrivate browser window https://teams.microsoft.com if the issue persist it could very well be a case of someone with the same domain name that has signed up for a self-service subscription. Then you can perform an internal admin takeover https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/become-the-admin?view=o365-worldwide
