Invite members?
Hi, a very basic question maybe but can't find an answer: I can't invite anyone in a team. When I type an email adress, the ad button stay grey and no suggestion is possible. I looked for a parameter...

Ok, are you using the free version of Teams or the paid version with Office 365?

I subscribed yesterday to Office 365.
Just to clarify: I'm fine with visio, can invite anyone,etc...my issue is about using the teamwork feature. No members can be identified or invited

1.) Log into the Teams Admin Centre. Https://login.microsoftonline.com then Admin then Teams in the left navigation under admin centres
2.) Read the following article and ensure Guest access is on. If it is off, turn it on
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/set-up-guests
3.) Wait 24 hours - turning guest access on can take up to 24 hours
4.) Log out and back into Teams
This should resolve it. If it is already on, and the add is greyed out still tomorrow then I would raise a support ticket to Microsoft

Thanks a lot Chris, actually I've spent some time yesterday to find that damned "set-up guest" you mention on my 365 Office Business admin log. I'm usually pretty fine with IT but it's a enigma.
Would it be possible to have a screen shot (mine is in french)?
