Interesting Upload Size in Teams Forums

While posting a few messages in Team forums I came across the following system note.  The attachment limit figure is fine but is there a reason Teams chose a figure like 71. 

Just curious.  If this message does not fit into Teams forums but general feedback for MSDN discussions, I would like to request a moderator to assist moving the same as appropriately.
