Interactivity / Activities during Teams meetings (surveys etc)

Hi all, I am running real time online PD for staff using video meetings in Teams.

I want to add interactive elements to be responsive to group needs - for example a ranking activity created in Forms or Survey Monkey. The core content of the PD will be created using PowerPoint and presented using Share during the video meeting.

I'm wondering how people go about including activities for all participants? At the moment my only thoughts are to  share links for previously created interactives during the meeting, either through QR codes on screen (so people can stay 'in the meeting' and do activities on their phones) or via links in chat/in the PowerPoint. Of course I can release control, but I want more than one person at a time participating in the activity, we can share at the end.

Any thoughts welcome. Thank you.

MarkTee Did you get any response to this at all? I'm also interested in finding out the solutions to this, particularly if there's anyway to include live polls that's within the Teams app during the meeting. Thanks

No response yet. We need lots of people to vote for the idea to attract Microsoft's attention.
