Integrating Teams Meeting in my LMS

We are developing an LMS which has capability of creating and managing users (students & teachers), creating and managing classes etc.

We want to integrate Teams Meeting app in our LMS so that teacher can host a meeting with class students.

We understand there are two ways of doing it

- using LTI integration 

- using Graph API

Query 1: We are not able to find the details regarding LTI option. How to generate the secrets required for LTI integration.  

Query 2: If we integrate with Teams meeting using Graph API, do all the teachers and students need to be part of Azure AD?
