inscription teams
bonjour, je n'arrive pas a m'inscrire a Teams avec mon adresse professionnelle car le serveur m'indique qu'il a besoin d'information supplémentaire concernant mon identité. il y a donc un problè...

Could you share the exact message, ideally a screenshot please?
Normally the issue can arise if a Teams Org has already been setup against the domain used in the email address. You can loosely think that a domain can only be associated with one Teams Org.
So once that happens, you would then be beholden to the person/org who initially setup that Teams Org with that domain.
So for example you may have the email but not have the Teams license as an example.
The above is of course speculation at this point but it at least hopefully gives you some food for thought.
