Increase the number of pinned chats allowed

sammedley found a work around today. The mobile app (at least on android) allows you to pin more than 15. So I add all my pinned chats on the mobile app and they show up on the desktop without issue.
I wish this worked, but it looks like they've removed that feature now. It seems like every single workaround we find, they remove. It's like they are trying to make it harder for us 😞
