Incorrect insights data

Hi I am wondering if anyone can help. Within my teams page I have 19 members, however when I look at the insights tab it is showing as 22 members. Some of the members have duplicate accounts showing on insights. I have removed them from the team but the data in insights won't update or sync with the information in manage team.
