incoming webhook app blocked even though it is a Microsoft app
I noticed recently that the Incoming Webhook app published by Microsoft Corporation is blocked even though permission policies are set to allow all Microsoft apps. Does anyone else see this, and wondering if it's by design or a bug?

Hi David Phillips I can't offer any insight but I recommend that you open an item at answers.microsoft.com, where agents are available to troubleshoot issues until they are resolved.
