Inbound and Outbound calls have not the same phone number format
Hello,
we ran into some problem with the format of phone numbers in teams.
We noticed that incomming calls have 0049..... (German number)
an outgoing calls have +49.....
Why ist it like this?
We need to transform the incomming call number to e.164 so that we can use the interface for dynamics 365.

Are you using Microsoft Teams Direct Routing then can you please check on the configuration for the same on the Session Border Controller for the same.
Both ways incoming and outgoing the calls are either getting manipulated there or the carrier is manipulating the same.
