Icon Missing
Hello everybody, I have a Teams subscription linked from my AD domain. My question is about the presence of an additional icon in the GUI next to the phone symbol, on some users I see a down arrow ...

No because i have configured one of more phone numbers on the user in AD but the icon don't appears in Teamsangeloforum If you populated it recently you may need to wait longer, if it's the desktop client it can cache this sort of data for several days.
It also depends on whether your users have the licenses/services to make phone calls, if not you won't see those number on any users.
