See if you are logged into the multiple device call forking happens and the call should ring both the Mobile Application and the desktop application. The only settings you need to check is the iPhone device killing the Microsoft Teams Application as soon as it is running in the background. You might have to check this setting as that could be possible cause of the issue.
Check being actively logged into the iPhone Device only and see if you are able to receive the call then?
