I setup personal Teams Free account, fine 3 days, now "You're missing out! Ask your admin to Enable"

I setup a Teams Free account on Friday, worked great all weekend, then yesterday morning when I tried to login via web I get "You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams." But I don't have an admin, and I don't have a 365 account.  I can still access my MS Teams account via the iOS app on my phone, but all of the sudden I cannot access it via web browser.  Is there anything I can do to get past this issue?
