I no longer have access to my work account in Teams even though I set it up-

I get a message 'You don't have access to the Brooks + Scarpa Architects, Inc. org in Teams.  Select another org, or contact our admin for more details.' and I was the one who set it up.  I paid for a 1 yr subscription.  Was I supposed to update something? Changed my PW and still does not work.
