I need to chat with external Teams users
I don't need to add this user as a guest, I only need to chat. An external user has sent me a message for the first time today (no previous approval), message just pop-up.
I don't know how to send a message to a different external user (Teams user also). I entered the email in the "to" field (chat section), I got the message :"search xxx@xxx.xx externally" and then "no matches found".

It could be that that second external user that you try to send to belongs to an organisation that does not allow external communication. Or it could be some temporary error.
