I hear my own voice as an echo
when doing a meeting with one specific user. I am using a headset with a mic they are not. Any recommendations on how to stop this. This does not happen with the same user if I use Zoom.

mikeadams-spww right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar and click sound and look for recording and disable the Microsoft array
