I can't hear the internal sound of a video on Mac

When I share a video from my Mac my students tell me they don't hear the sound of the video. When I share the screen I notice that it does not have the option to share the internal sound of my Mac

go to your Sound Control Panel > make hidden mic visible & turn it on.

This solution was perfect, I tried it using another client on another device and it sounded perfect
