I can only log onto Teams using one specific laptop

I have 2 daughters, both using MS Teams for home schooling. Using our home laptop with the MS Teams desktop App installed, I can alternately log into either of their accounts using this one specific laptop. However, I cannot log into teams for either of them on ANY other device. I have tried another personally owned laptop (high spec, brand new, with MS teams desktop app installed), an ipad, and 2 work computers. I get the error "Your account or password is incorrect. If you can't remember your password, reset it now". But I am 100% confident these are correct. Any help or suggestions, much appreciated. Thanks
