I accidentally created my companies teams organisation with my private outlook account

Simple question: how can I change the admin of an organisation without deleteing the org and starting from scratch? Right now we are using Teams for free but I would upgrate to a O365 Business Essentials. However can I do it if my private e-mail address (mailto:xy@outlook.com) is the admin of the org (@xy.ch)?

Same problem here, but Microsoft does not seem to bother answering this question. Did you find a solution?
