How to use Microsoft Teams, without users knowing each other?
Microsoft Teams. I need a private option (a bit like Skype) for 1-on-1 conversation+visual, without Therapy Client's names showing up on General Banner , or indeed anywhere. Each client needs to not know other client's details at all. Is calling each client a separate "Team" (In surname order) and just inviting that one individual client into it workable? Could I then just find the team I want, and use it to facetime that client. I need something that clients can easily tap into as an alternative to face-to-face counselling (Thanks Coronavirus!!) Your thoughts are appreciated.
Hi,
Instead of creating teams for your clients you can schedule a meeting with them and invite them by using their e-mail address. This will create a private meeting and only you and the ones you invite to the meeting will see who is in the meeting. Check more here:

Scheduling meetings is not available if you use the free version of Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft also announced a booking function that will come to Teams. This might be helpful for you when that is coming.
