How to upload 146000 files from Azure File Share to Teams

Hi: I need to move 146000 files and folders from an Azure File Share to a Teams. What tool or procedure do you recommend to accomplish this?. Thanks for your time. Regards

jcgonzalezmartin thanks for your help, I installed SPMT on a VM in Azure and I'm copying the files.
