Thanks for your reply! I already have the "Microsoft 365 Family" subscription, so this is not the case. Correct me if I am wrong 🙂
But while you create an account for Teams, you can choose if you create a "personal" or a "business/work" account. I accidentally created a "personal" one and need to switch it to a "business/work" one. How to do it?

- Great question. Haven't used M365 Family nor stumbled across a change from personal use to business in the way you describe. How about just going to the top right corner "Settings" and the "Plans and upgrades" section. If you're in Teams personal you'll see what premium offer is available. If you follow that button perhaps you can upgrade to the paid subscription you've got that way.
