How to recreate a SharePoint site for an existings Teams team/channels

I have my second customer who mistakenly did not purchase a subscription before their trial had not only expired, but their SharePoint sites had been deleted.  I have searched online with no luck for a solution. Everyone seems to want to do the opposite, to create a team from an existing group/SharePoint site, that part I know how to do, but not this direction.

    Hi LauraMinisnmore,

     

    Are those sites completely removed and cannot be found on Deleted sites on SharePoint admin center. Deleted sites should be able to recover for 93 days, but I'm not exactly sure what will happen during subscription expiration.

     

    SharePoint site cannot be created for existing team.
