How to prevent Teams from keeping the MIC enabled even when I am not in a call
I have seen that even when I am not in a call Teams keeps the mic on like eavesdropping. Is there a configuration to set up Teams to release the microphone after a call ?
Its still an issue. Teams seems to think that it should switch to "hands-free" (low audio quality tuned for mic and voice) mode anytime it plays a sound at all and never release it. Teams is a joke of a program which I am sadly required to use.
The only way to get it to stop is to disable hands free mode which breaks using your headset.
Has anyone figured out a solution to this since Microsoft doesn't seem to be jumping to fix it and Teams devs are too busy adding new features to fix anything?
