How to Present a Stream Video during a Teams Meeting?
Hello,
I have a video uploaded to Streams. How do I, as the presenter, broadcast it to the other team members during a video call? I tried adding the video to the Team channel, but I still couldn't find a way to start sharing the video.
Obviously I don't want to have to play the video on my PC and then share that. I want to broadcast direct from Streams for best perform

1.) Open stream (https://web.microsoftstream.com)
2.) Locate your video under My Content
3.) Shared Window in the meeting. Ensure you have Shared System Audio turned on. See this article how to do this (https://microsoft365pro.co.uk/2020/03/30/teams-fightcorona-in-the-meeting-playing-video-with-audio/)
4.) Play video
Meeting members will be able to see and hear the audio.
Currently, you can't share video directly in the sharing settings as it isn't supported. However there is a uservoice for this feature

Best, Chris- Thanks, but I did say I didn't want to share it from my PC. I expected to be able to stream directly from Microsoft to each of the participants. Sharing a video is just asking for poor quality and overloading my local internet connection,
No wonder everyone is ditching Teams for Zoom.- Hmm, then the only way that is possible if you want the users to interact with the video and you have zero interaction with it, is to go into Stream prior to the meeting, ensure the users have the permissions over the video, and when it comes in the meeting for viewers to watch the video provide the video share link then they access and watch it. The issue with this is that its asynchronous viewing meaning that some attendees will watch quicker than others and some may have issues accessing the video: it's not fluid
Zoom will absolutely be overtaken by Teams in the next 6 - 12 months. Zoom is almost 10 years old. Teams has just turned 3 and has already about 2/3 of Zoom figures. The plan from Microsoft is that Teams will have the same number of users as the Windows Operation System which is over a billion. It's just started with 75 million Daily Active Users
