How to list all TEAMS

In an organization level there is a concept of Public and Private Teams. Can you check in case your organization has any Public Teams? By default at least the Public Team Names should show up. It works for us wherein we get the Public Teams Names without any issues. The Top 10 Public Teams of the Organization Always shows up and then the user can also search for the additional teams.

My manager has created many teams and added me as member, therefore there is no need for me to search those. but what about other public teams someone else has created? I do not want to "guess" the name, I am to list them all down and I can select to join.
