How to invite external Guests to a Teams Meeting from Outlook Address Book?

I see that you can create a Teams Meeting in Outlook to invite external guests. Can this be done from within Teams? Is there a setting anywhere to sync a user's entire Outlook address book with Teams?

    Anthony-123 It is possible to invite external users to meetings via Teams, but that functionality has to be enabled in the Teams Admin center first.  Talk to your IT admin.

      I am the IT Admin. We can invite external guests but those users have to be manually typed out in the invite as opposed to being available in an address book. The question is how can we sync our Outlook Address book to Teams to invite external guests.
