How to Import mails into a meeting
Christian_Pitet Hello, you need to use the Outlook client (and the Teams meeting add-in of course) to schedule this particular meeting as the Teams client has limited scheduling functionality.

Christian_Pitet Hey! Just tried it myself, perhaps I should have done that before my suggestion 😉 As you're not using Outlook at all (?) would it be an alternative to create a Team with the 'anonymous' users and invite them from there? Just saw this article which is one way to do it.

For the record a more end-user friendly feature is requested at Teams UserVoice. E.g. "bulk add users not using Outlook" https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/18625588-mass-add-users-to-a-channel-or-team
